Hagai Feiner, CEO
Hagai Feiner, founder and CEO of Access Networks, is a technology evangelist and a forward thinking entrepreneur. After years of working in corporate IT, Hagai founded Access Networks in 2003 and began working with his first custom integrator shortly thereafter. Hagai has since been building a team comprised of both IT and CE professionals to deliver innovative networking solutions for the custom
integration market on a national level.
Over the last several years, the company has steadily gained an enthusiastic following of custom integrators that needed a better networking solution. Many custom integrators, both large and small, don’t have the time, resources or expertise to manage IT systems in house. Access Networks provides these integrators with the pre-programmed networking solutions that meet the demands of any size automated home.
Hagai’s “client-first” mentality and belief in embracing new technologies has led the company to reset the standard for client service and technical support, both for integrators and their clients. Hagai introduced the industry’s first plug-and-play, enterprise-grade networking solution, which has helped move the network from a loss leader into a profitable offering for integrators. Similarly, the introduction of remote network monitoring and management services and capabilities has saved integrators hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars.
Aaron Gutin, VP of Sales
Aaron Gutin has enjoyed a successful career in the CE industry for over a decade, designing, marketing, programming and selling custom automation systems.
Born in New York City, but raised in southern New Jersey, Aaron’s love for music began early in life and has fueled his passion for his work. Aaron’s career began as a clerk at a local CD Shop in central New Jersey which also sold mid and hi-end stereo systems, and home theaters. Early mornings organizing thousands of titles, and learning how to sell audio and video equipment, gave Aaron his first real exposure to the art of sales and marketing. Since then, he has spent years immersing himself in the mastery of his craft and the pursuit of knowledge about the latest products and technologies.
Today, Aaron’s technical skill set for designing, programming and managing the installation of large automation systems has been further complimented by a comprehensive expertise in marketing and branding.
In recognizing that 21st Century automation systems and personal electronics have become increasingly interdependent on the IT infrastructure of residences, Aaron again set his focus and energies on educating himself about enterprise-grade networking solutions and how it could apply to home systems and environments.
In 2007, Aaron joined Access Networks, a successful local IT firm in Los Angeles that concentrated on servicing a collection of local integration companies. A consultant position quickly turned into a permanent one as Aaron’s work with the Access team has helped position Access Networks as the leading provider of advanced, enterprise grade networking solutions and managed services for the automated residence. As the VP of Sales, Aaron plays a leading role in the development of products, services and dealer relationships internationally.

Trevor Leb has nearly 10 years of marketing, communications, product management, and operational experience helping to build successful brands in enterprise and consumer technology. His experience spans corporate, venture, and enterpreneurial settings including work with some of the world's most admired technology companies and successful startups.
Trevor is a technology enthusiast and constantly looks for innovative ways to use technology to enhance his personal and professional life. He has a passion for food and travel and can be regularly found dining about town in New York City.
