Access Networks manages every network that we deploy. Our award-winning three-year support and advanced replacement warranty come standard with all of our custom solutions. As an extension of your IT department, we will support your business as if it were our own, backed by the expertise only a professional team of network engineers can provide.

VISIBILITY SETS US APART

Access Networks solutions are fully visible. Network visibility is the capability of a router, switch or wireless controller to keep a detailed log of its actions in real time. A feature that is only found on enterprise-grade networking hardware, visibility provides our team with the diagnostic tools to remotely support and maintain each network we deploy.

Should an issue occur, our certified engineers will read and interpret hundreds of data points that are constantly being recorded, use them to quickly identify any problem and efficiently implement a solution.

With our new optional Live Monitoring service plans, you can receive an unparalleled level of support designed specifically for professional integrators and the modern home. No longer do you have to be in reactive mode when problems arise but instead we can proactively analyze alerts in real-time and in turn, solve problems before the homeowner is even aware.


Support Hours and Holiday Schedule

Support Hours:

Access Networks' regular support hours are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We also offer after-hours support for network emergencies from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time on weekends, excluding holidays. A “network emergency” is defined as a total network outage or catastrophic hardware failure. A member of the Access Networks Support Team will respond to after-hours emergency requests in two hours or less.

All non-emergency support requests received after-hours, such as router port forwarding, performance troubleshooting and network documentation will be handled during our regular support hours.

2017 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:

In observance of the United States' national holidays, our offices will be closed the following dates:

  • New Year's Day: Monday, January 2nd
  • Martin Luther King Day: Monday, January 16th
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 29th
  • Independence Day: Tuesday, July 4th
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 4th
  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th
  • Winter Break TBC
